Mayor and Council
The purpose of the Kenyon City Council is for elected officials, who represent the citizens of the community, to make decisions on topics such as economic growth management, city services, budgeting, and other areas of public concern. The Council members also serve as liaisons to other advisory boards.
Kenyon City Council meetings are held on the second Tuesday of the month at 7 p.m. A council packet and agenda are available for the public to view at City Hall and is also available online. The public is also welcome to attend any open meeting. There will be a video copy of the meeting available for free rental to interested patrons as well.
Council meetings are aired live and replayed as follows on Cable channel 12:
7 p.m. on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; 9 a.m. on Tuesday and Thursday
