Kenyon Industrial Park

The Kenyon Economic Development Authority has completed development of a 30 acre Industrial Park. The site is served by all utilities including 3 phase electric, natural gas, sewer, water, high speed broadband and phone. On-site storm water treatment is also included. The Kenyon Industrial Park is conveniently located approximately ½ mile east of State Highway 56 on Goodhue County Road 12. Incentives including $0 cost land, site improvement cost assistance, and TIF for eligible manufacturing, warehouse, office and related.
