City of Kenyon Departments

• Administration 

The City Administrator oversees the day-to-day operations of the City. The Administrator also serves as the Executive Director of the Kenyon Economic Development Authority. 

• Fire Department 

The Kenyon Fire Department provides fire protection and emergency medical services to the area.

• Library

The Kenyon Public Library is part of the Southeastern Libraries Cooperating (SELCO) Minnesota Regional Public Library System. The library serves primarily the residents of the City of Kenyon and Goodhue County.

• Municipal Liquor Store

The City of Kenyon operates a bar and off sale liquor store.

• Police Department

The City provides police coverage 16 hours per day, 7 days a week.

• Public Works

The Public Works Department maintains streets, parks, pool, and the sewer system.

• Kenyon Municipal Utilities

KMU operates the electric and water systems in the City.

• Finance

The Finance Department provides financial management and accounting services for all City and Utility operations.
